Highly unprofessional. You can't trust you will receive the cake you ordered. I ordered a cake and received a late cancellation notice because the bakery is out of order. Is this was known issue why is the location shown as available? This unprofessionalism caused it to be too late to order another cake by the date needed. I wanted a damn cake for my child's bday and Wal-Mart ruined that. It's sad that you cant even pay Wal-Mart to give the service they advertise that they provide.

I would not trust them with any cake orders! My cake was ordered a week ahead to be picked up at 12. I came 1240 and the cake wasnt ready it was missing things that was supposed to have been on the cake and the message on the cake was all wrong It really was a let down and i wasnt the only person with issues with a cake that day

they are incompetent as hell. they had to order in a ring for us because they didn't have that size we needed. When we went in to get it a little while later, we found out that the jewelry section closed down. no one called us or texted. now our ring is somewhere in storage, and we cant get our money back without the ring. (we have the receipt)

Do "NOT" ever order a cake from this bakery! I called today to reschedule my daughter's birthday cake. The girl who answered the phone, is the one I originally placed the order with. She could not find my slip at all. When I told her everything that was on my order form they did not have the kit that we ordered. Then she proceeds to tell me they never had it. When I was originally placing my order, why would you let me order something you did not have? Thank God, that I had to reschedule my order. I will NEVER come here again.

I love this Walmart. Everyone is always friendly. Excellent customer service.
Nobody can ever be found if you have a question and at nite they shut down self checkout and funnel everyone to use 1 register with a sales associate that does not speak any english (or at least pretends not too) and is rounding their 75th birthday ...it takes all the fun of convience grocery shopping at 1am to a level of....i think i will drive to Chesapeake walmart.....sad but true

This WAS my go to Walmart. I shop here at least once or twice a week. However, that will not be happening again. I just went through self check out and the cashier was absolutely horrible. The first clue was I had to call him over because an item rang incorrectly. He comes over and thought all I needed was to get the screen off don't bag item...um no I had to tell him twice what I needed. He finally handled that. The total purchase was $54.05. I paid $60.05 and received $6 b
