Completely horrible! Never had a good experience 15 mins for a plain cheeseburger and small fry. Bathrooms are also designed weird with no privacy around the stall. Customer service non existent forced to use kiosks.

I used the drive thru twice in the past, got stuck in long line barely moving both times. So tried ordering inside the restaurant and waited 15 mins, then the young lady said another 10 mins. How is this possible when I see 5 workers using their phone,singing,rapping and horsing around? They have no regards to other people’s time.Beware and avoid this location at all cost.I saw the kitchen being filthy too. Im sure thats a health code violation. And the dude touching his phone then the fries was also a public health hazard. If the owner truly cares about their business, things need to change

Manager at nimmo was a jerk and I canceled the order. Reorder at the Tiffany location in Virginia Beach. Will not utilize the nimmo parkway location at all. No wonder why the place had no customers and the other one was busy. Be careful who you hire. They represent you.

Repeatedly messing up. I get a bacon double stack every time I go and I think I've only received the back on it twice ? Absolutely ridiculous if you won't serve me a BACON double stack then say that and stop charging me for it smh.
