Tried to order at drive thru. Shift change. Then they took order and I pulled around. After 5 minutes cook asked what I ordered. Then another man took complete order again. Simple order. Dbl cheese. Mustard and onions only. Large Coke zero. 6 chicken nuggets. He then asked again for order. That was it. I left with nothing. They were not busy.

I just visited this location and had the worst service of my life. There was no one in the place. I came up to the order place and after a small amount of time someone said they would be right with me. 2-3 minutes went by before I asked a question about the kids meal, she answered and said it will be just a minute. It took me roughly 5-6 minutes to place my order. Then I get up to the window to pay, pay and she tells me to pull forward behind the only other car at the place. I did not because no one was behind me. It took another 3-5 for me to get my food. So much for fast food. Ridiculously terrible service. No wonder it was dead. I will not go back to this location. When o asked why it was a little slow tonight she said we are short staffed. There were 4 people walking around there and you have one meal and a kids meal to make. Terrible. You better look into who’s managing operations here.

This Wendy’s has notoriously horrible service. Would not recommend this location or Wendy’s in general.

First, the website is terrible for online ordering. I swear my older son’s meal was added to the order, but nope! Got home and told him to come get it, but had nothing to give him. Receipt didn’t reflect his order anywhere. Also, I tried to order only 2 frosty fusions and somehow ended up spending $20 on six? 2 of each flavor? I was rushing since kiddos were hungry, but it shouldn’t have been that hard no matter what the circumstances. I told the app I was there before I even left my house (literally 3 min away) because I just knew I would still have to wait. Got there and 4 of the fusions (that I didn’t intend to order) were already melted. Waited on 2 more and they were melted before I got to my car. And what happened to their taco salads? They used to be wonderful, but this was just lettuce with very few corn kernels and cheese shreds on top-it was awful!

DO NOT EAT HERE….! One of the rudest experiences ive ever had. There was a kid attempting to run registers and bag food. Not only did my food never come, but this kid continuously kept putting wrong items in the wrong bags therefore making a lot of customers upset. I ended up getting my money back and walking out of there and never coming back. Which is sad because I work here every week and I cut the grass and yet I get treated like a peasant.
