Since COVID everything has changed there is no such thing as fast food anymore, quality is poor and took forever to get a minimum amount of food. And all of that was when we were the only ones in line.

If you go inside the lobby to order they will completely ignore you. Line of people and they Literally acted as if they didn't see any of us. Completely Ridiculous
Don't order anything new that you haven't tried. If you don’t like it, they will NOT exchange or refund.

25 minutes to get order. Not fast.
Waited nearly 20 minutes for sandwiches on the value menu. Once it finally came out I had to rush off to pick up my child and discovered one incorrect sandwich and one missing item.

They stop answering drive thru 30 minutes before closing. This store has always been poor customer service.

STAFF YOUR DAMN STORE! Ridiculous that this store is always running on bare bones. Takes forever to get your order taken at drive thru. Your staff is overwhelmed and it's 100% a reflection of the franchise owner. Get it together!

You know, at one point, I thought this location was getting better but it's not. The quality of the food is meh at best, but what keeps pissing me off is that when I order a large fry they keep trying to pass of a smaller size fry to me. Not sure if this has been happening to other people, but the 1st time I thought cool honest mistake, 2nd time I'm like ok please don't be a habit, & tonight for the 3rd time they did it again! The first 2x I caught it & it was corrected. This 3rd time bc my daughter was in the car talking to me I was distracted & didn't check & lo & behold they got me. This makes me think they are doing something shady over there with overcharging customers & not giving what was ordered bc most people won't discover it until they get home. Not playing their lil game. When the food is fresh, I actually like their chicken sandwich better than Chick fil A, but I think people go across the street bc that business has standards. I'll go to a different Wendy's location should I even decide I want to get it anymore. My food tonight was just lukewarm & not good & I wasn't wasting gas going back to a location that just don't give a damn & is doing shady business. In the trash it goes & where it rightly belongs.

what a sad sorry example of a once decent fast food company. 2 employees working the whole store. !!one guy running the window, putting together order, running outside. I was the ONLY one inside. he ran by 3 times. yeah he said "I'll be with you" but he didn't. 5 minutes my man. sorry. I'm across the street at Chic-fil-a!! Never going back.
Sonic and KFC closed down right beside you. That's 2 less stores to compete against and you still fail. Give up. Your game is weak.

SLOWEST wendys ive ever been to .15 minutes of waiting in the end of the drive thru for a single biggie bag with only 1 person in line. Oh and they forgot the sauce. I didnt bother asking for it because it wouldve taken them 10 minutes to grab it for me. I dont even know how its physically possible for them to be this slow. Truly remarkable display of retardation from this establishment.

Drive-thru people are very unfriendly. They did not have the pineapple shake available, even though it was on the board.

Ordered the Krabby patty special but the were all out of frosty's. Had a hard time communicating with the employee over the intercom. I eventually just left.
