I come here at lot because it’s close to my work but lately I’ve gotten consistently poor service, the drive-through people in particular have no business working in customer service

The drive through takes 30 minutes. Just go to chilis or apple bees instead. It's the same price and takes the same amount of time and it's 10x better.

Kids wanted Wendy’s for lunch and we almost didn’t come to the one, bc the reviews are so harsh. All the workers were happy and friendly, food was out in 3 minutes and they delivered it to the table. Maybe the weekend team is different, but we had a great fast food experience.

Order. Raspberry tea and got all raspberry syrup ordered an original chicken sandwich. It was dried up had so much mayonnaise it look like spaghetti sauce dripping from the sandwich horrible. . Would not recommend nor go back!

My chicken wrap was drenched in the dressing and it was all over the outside and inside to the point where I couldn't eat it properly because it fell apart AND it made my other meal soggy 🙄

Go to another nearby Wendys. I have an hour lunch allocated from work, went at 3:12pm in the drive-thru lane, and only two cars in front of me with another at the window. It took almost until 3:35pm to even get to the drive thru order station to then sit and wait another few minutes to order food. Then sat in line to the drive thru window for another few minutes. All in all, took like 35-40 minutes to complete the entire food completion process. I know ensuring our food is cooked well, but I can cook faster than that at home. I only ordered a baconator combo, a medium lemonade, and a medium frosty.

Food is always good, but the drive-through seems to take forever no matter when you go. It definitely seems like current management is unorganized.

Had us waiting over an hour no exaggeration for 3 small meals. And they didnt apologize. And forgot our sauces and got my drink wrong. This happened 7/29/25 at 7pm.

This place sucks. They never have baked potatoes after 6pm. They also pull me but give me nasty cold fries. They can never get my order correct. 100% will never be coming back to this Wendy's.

I went and got a baconator. It came out messy, with one burger slice and 2 pieces of bacon. Spent 8 dollars on it. Live too far away to be getting mistakes like this.

The lady at the drive thru was rude! And was very dismissive with us when they couldn’t find our order instead of apologizing. Won’t be coming back to this one!!

Barely operable. Register is always empty, and since there is no self-service option, you will be twiddling your thumbs as everyone walks by and stares at you like you're someone else's problem.

Don't wait for your order at a seated table either because there is a good chance they forgot about you, and your food will sit to the side as they tend to the drive thru.

I don't blame the staff entirely as I'm sure this is a management issue, but until things get addressed, I would avoid this location. If you still want to eat Wendy's, do yourself a favor and just drive a bit further down the road.
