This is a hit/miss location. Homeless wait around for customers to leave the store. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous on most days. I’ve seen cars pull off multiple times. Do better Wendy’s.

12/13/25 Came through the drive thur around 02:20am to pick up my mobile order after work and the man attending the window was very kind letting me know ahead of time that it would be a little wait till I get my food due to doordash orders. Also the bacon on my bacon cheese fries were actually chopped up this time unlike many other times I've come to this location so I appreciate the crew that was working this early morning/late last night.

10:30 isn’t that late to find other options, I see I’m not the only one that had a bad experience with the lady who works the drive-through that has dreads she’s awful. But whoever is cooking that was delicious I’ll try your food after a while I’ll swing back in hopes she’s gone and you’re still there

Came here today. Lady was pretty rude at the drive thru. You would think comming right when they start lunch you would get decent food. Nope. Cold fries cold burger. Wount be eating Wendy's anymore.

Weekend crew needs to be fired- been coming for years and it’s going downhill- the drive thru attendant- a girl with dreads- is veryyy rude and needs to be fired. You don’t get smart with and question customers when you’re wrong on their order, missing their food, or give out ice cold fries and nuggets. I will not come to this location any more to waste my money on nasty subpar food. Corporate get involved and retrain this store for fresh food quality, accuracy, and especially customer service. This place is a nightmare

Went to Wendy's on my lunch break ordered a son of an baconator meal, remind you i only have 30 minutes for lunch go to the drive thru order my food get to work my burger was almost raw, call store talked to manager he says no worries I'll write your name down and give you a replacement meal. I go back next week, he had the most rudest attitude trying to play like he doesn't know what I'm even talking about I even showed him a picture. He says I don't remember vert rude and stern.

they never get any order right, I've been here at least 60 times and maybe 5% of the time they actually get the order right, and it's not like they mix up items they straight up don't give me half of what I ordered. Terrible service, food isn't even worth the absurdly long wait.
