The Drive thru employees were amazing on 6/2/2025 around 6:15pm. She was patient and kind and apologized when she could not get the order corrected on the screen for me to see and patient when I was trying to unlock my payment card...CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST! Greatly appreciated 🙌

All I wanted was a hot chicken sandwich and fries!! I got hot fries, but got this dry cold crap of a chicken sandwich here!! Manger had to tell her crew to make sure when u drop the chicken have gloves on really????

I usually get the Dave's triple burger. The burger is always delicious but when you come at nite the fries be salty or taste old sometimes
The woman looking into the camera whos putting the fries in the bag as she should was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. You can tell by her face she was already saying crazy stuff and being a horrible person towards the customers! I did not get her name but she needs to be fired effective immediately because this is not how customer service works! DISGUTING behavior from this lady and will never ever come back here! It is a DISGRACE. If you hate your job so much why even apply in the first place? I hope this complain gets taken seriously before I communicate with corporate about this behavior.
