Love this local business but my last 3 Deep dishes have been terrible. 1 was not cheesy, 1 dough raw and the last most recently this week was cold inside the cheese not even melted. I don't know if is because they added the other sizes to the menu but since then I haven't gotten a consistent pie.
Was in area and tried for first time. Will definitely be back. Had deep dish pizza and a beef and cheese. Could not finish it. Sever communicated how long deep dish would take in case time was an issue.
Grew up on the NW Side. Montrose and Elston. Staying. I’ve only had the thin crust pizza so far and it’s absolutely legit. Perfectly cooked, sauce a little sweet great quality cheese covering the entire pizza and excellent toppings. I’ll be back to try the rest.
