Wingstop in Virginia Beach

“So my daughter and I decided to go to Wing Stop on our way to the Oceanfront. Neither of us had hadWing Stop before so we were like "let's see what all the hype is about". maaan first off their ranch is so good it's drinkable lol it tastes house made. I ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wings with a order of buffalo ranch fries--everything was delicious, crispy, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Everything was hot and fresh. The guy at the counter was pleasant and patient, when I told him it was our first time eating there and I was looking over the menu and all the sauces to choose from. I forget what my daughter ordered but she said "ok Wing stop, I see what the hype is about!" We will definitely go back.“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I went to Wingstop for the first time due to the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion for the 3 piece tenders combo for 1 cent. Everything went very smoothly ordered ahead, food was finished a few minutes after arriving. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. I got the Louisiana rib I really enjoyed it. You get a lot fries too. I don't know her name but shout-out to the girl who was their by herself holding the store down on a day I'm sure will be busy. Will definitely be returning in the future“

“I’m actually shocked at the negative reviews here. I’ve ordered from this wingstop an embarrassing amount of times since I’ve moved here (easily 30+ lol). I’ve never been a personal fan of wingstops traditional wings or their boneless (they’re just too small and grisly to me) so my reviews are only based off of their tenders, sandwiches and sides. This location specifically has NEVER let me down. The food is always insanely fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy. I will also say I order delivery fairly often and not one time has this location ever forgotten or missed anything on my orders…ever. And considering I’ve ordered from here so many times, that’s a real accomplishment haha. Compared to the Wingstop on Lynnhaven this place is amazing. ? Thank you guys for the great food!“

“In comparison to other Wingstop locations, this location cooks the best wings - by far. I travel out of the way to pickup wings as they are cooked to my standard.
The staff are welcoming, energetic, and consistent.
My order is consistently correct, hot, and great tasting.
To the staff/team at this location, continue to do your thing!
