I think that this location may be under new management because the customer service is amazing and the food is much better than when I was there before. I also didn't have a long wait as I previously did and the restaurant was very clean. Also, there was a variety of flavors to choose from.
Best Wing Stop in Hampton Roads hands down. Service is incredible. The food is always fresh and ready when I arrive and the order is always correct. The one time I had a slight mixup with my order, the manager, Parth, replaced the food (with extras) and even included a free drink not in the original order. Best customer service at any chain restaurant I have ever been to. Keep it up!
Parth gave us the best experience when we visited. Our order was in a timely manner and the restaurant was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. We definitely will come back again with our family and friends ❤️
