The food and service is excellent. If dining in, bring a jacket, it can be chilly inside. Staff was excellent tonight. Very helpful as we tried to use a discount. They got it to work!!

Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The front cashier was very attentive while I dined in for lunch. The kitchen staff was also very polite—they greeted me warmly and even took a moment to ask how my day was going.

This Zaxbys doesn't compare to other locations. I'm used to fresh, hot, chicken and fries. At Elson Green, last time we got the fries in our Zax snaks, they weren't fresh or seasoned. I've had them before and the fries tasted twice fried. The chicken was OK, but the bread tasted old this time. I really wish they would step it up and improve the service here.
