Ordered a pickup meal for Mother’s Day at 11:30am for pickup at 5:30. Got to the restaurant where I was told they didn’t have my order. Then the manager comes out with an email that apparently was sent around 5pm cancelling my order. Manager said they could work on it but that they didn’t have any ribs cause they got a large catering order. Last night 9/6/24 the FHS football team wanted to celebrate their win as a team and went to Glory Days 30 minutes before close and they accommodated them and the manager on duty even made sure they all knew that the menu had changed and went over all the changes. We want to Thank You for taking care of our boys last night it was greatly appreciated.
This place went above and beyond tonight. My daughter had a procedure done on her throat for a very rare condition. She’s lived off soft food for a couple months and their broccoli and cheddar is her favorite. My employer gave us a Door Dash gift card to cover dinner tonight but her soup wasn’t available on Door Dash.
