The food is always a delight when I go to Northside, but the service is truly the best part. Everyone at this restaurant makes you feel like you’re apart of a community of kind and thoughtful people!
As the closest restaurant to my house, I come here a lot for a few reasons. Half price burger Tuesday is a staple in my household because we know we can get a high quality, inexpensive, meal with polite staff and a good vibe. It's a cozy local diner worth a visit. Everything about this restaurant is great but don't lie to me about estimation of tip. 20% estimated that you print on the bill should not have my credit card service fee & the tax added in before you estimate tip. I don't mind paying a good tip but I don't like being lied to on my receipt about what 20% is. Leave out the service fee and the tax before you estimate tip if you want to be reasonable and fair.
