We were looking for a quick grab-n-go before and bought their chicken Parisian panini. The most terrible sandwich I have had in a while. The chicken was undercooked and slimy. I had boarded by the time I tried eating it and couldn’t go back to complaint and demand a refund. Stay away from this place unless you want to get sick from eating undercooked poultry.
Fix your table on the corner and fix your customer service behavior. Both lady employee today were very rude.
We were surprised. The Chicken Bella Panini and the Veggie Bagel were pretty good. Worked out for our long flight and definitely filling.

It's airport food. Not great but if hungry it works.

I gave 1 sta because that's the lowest offered. This is the worst. Being waited on at the DMV is more pleasant than waiting in line to place an order only to be told "it's 10 I have to count the money" at 9:50. My last time here! Some people don't deserve their jobs.
Surprised that such low level offers would still survive in an airport of an important city such as Washington DC. Poor quality bagels, soups; good only for a fast coffee and take away beverages or

This place is terrible. I was starving after a severely delayed flight and stopped by for a sandwich. She told me I couldn't have a breakfast sandwich, only a regular one. Of course, the regular sandwich was more expensive. Even though the bagels were sitting out and the toppings were almost identical. I got my sandwich, had walked away, then realized the cheese was still cold and it was missing a couple of toppings. The lady spoke very little English and I'm sure didn't understand 90% of what I said. What a scam!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!Here they will steal your money, they don’t give you the payment receipt. UNITED gave me $90 in coupons and this store, the woman cashier told me that for 4 sandwiches it would be $60 dls, but the cashier scanned all my coupons and when I demanded my payment receipts she said that she didn’t understand me ?!!!!she spoke in a non-English language with the other employee and they offered me another sandwich in exchange for my payment receipt which they refused to give me.The food is of poor quality and the place is too dirty, there is nothing gourmet about it ??????????????????
Beware of food quality issues and food safety issues.

Dulles Gourmet has quick and friendly service, in addition to fresh food. Perfect for when you’re scurrying around the airport!

My wife and I ordered two of the same breakfast sandwiches, advertised at $5.99 each. However, Dulles Gourmet Market charged us $7.99 for each. When I pointed out the discrepancy the employee said we were charged the "new prices" in spite of what was advertised. I explained that charging more than the advertised price is deceptive, and that the posted prices must be honored, but the staff said they wouldn't offer a refund.
While waiting on my return flight, my son and I stopped here to get some food around 10am. They were out of sausage. I ended up getting a bacon and cheddar sandwhich on a bagel. Bagel was the only option for bread. They had plain and sesame bagels to sell too.I heard the cashier tell someone else that there was no cream cheese. They offered cranberry muffins and blueberry muffins. It didn’t look the freshest honestly. My kid got a muffin and he said it wasn’t bad. My sandwich was okay. I wish they had more options beyond a bagel for the bread. The cheese on the sandwich was eh haha. Not a bad option to hold you over.

The workers were nice enough. Out of the item I wanted, then gave me an item different then what I ordered/bought. Quality was as expected, convenience store level.
