The staff at check-in were very friendly. At the bar however, not at all. I have never been to a lounge where most of the drinks were not included but cost money. The coffee came from a big pot not a coffee machine. There were 3 types of sandwiches and 2 salads. That's it. The worst lounge ever. Big mistake to choose this one, it was a choice based on nostalgia from the 90ies, when Virgin lounges were spectacular! Never again!

Use a different lounge if you can, this one is really underwhelming. It’s small, alcoholic drinks cost extra (one of the few lounges in the world to do that), soda comes in tiny bottles, and the food is mediocre compared to others. Wi-Fi is decent, but there’s not enough seating or toilets. Save yourself the disappointment and pick another lounge so you don’t make the same mistake I did.

Definitely a disappointment but better than nothing. Staff is very nice but the space needs an update

There seems to be little value in using the guest card, as you’re still required to pay for most menu items and drinks, with only a limited selection—like coffee, chips, and a pasta bowl—included. The service could definitely be improved. Swiping the card at the entrance gives the impression that more is included, but in reality, it’s no different from dining at a regular restaurant where everything is charged separately.

Not accepting Priority Pass.

Only go here if you get access free (and even then consider all other options first).
Food is for $$ (expensive and poor quality) during the hours of PP access. It's free for a few hours prior to Virgin own flights, but PP holders are not admitted during that time.
The same applies to other SkyTeam airline passengers .

The space itself is dark and grimey, minimal uncomfortable seating, poor air circulation. Staff is surly and unhelpful.

Air France lounge just down the hall is not perfect but still miles ahead.

Yes the food is limited compared to other lounges but this is far better than no lounge at all. It’s offers all amenities you’re used to, albeit on a reduced selection. The lounge is quiet, clean and much better than sitting in general population. The staff is most excellent and very accommodating.

Chargers for almost everything. Even in business class with sky team and elite plus status

My friend that recently traveled with Virgin Atlantic, just came back and told me it was the worst airline ever ... the managers at the check in counters, were very disrespectful; and had no clue what they were doing. What kind of dumb, crappy management is this???

Greatness. Awesome service, not crowded. Free food to order with great selections.

This is the only lounge that I was expected to pay for food and name brand liquor, as a business class passenger! Very disappointing

Don’t waste your time. If priority pass holder, just make your way to Air France lounge.

Not accessible at their hours “exclusive” for premium customers even though I’m flying with VA. The lounge wasn’t even at full capacity. Bad lounge.
