The food was great but the winged insects were oppressive while we ate. Sadly, an employee left the restroom immediately after flushing and did not wash his hands. He wore an apron.
great place to eat at
The place was well run even though they were super busy the Sunday afternoon that we visited. All employees that we encountered were polite and attentive and the food was good.

Despite being rather busy at times, especially during lunch, there is usually very little wait time in the mornings, and the staff is generally polite. Most workers are friendly, with some staff members, like the older lady who runs the drive-thru most mornings, providing especially good service. The atmosphere is typical for a McDonald's on the side of Route 460, making it a nice place to stop for a quick bite. However, navigation to the property can be a little difficult due to the location on Route 460 and intersecting streets, and some customers have experienced issues with ordering, such as needing to use the kiosk instead of being served directly at the counter. Food quality is consistent with expectations, though there have been instances where items like a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns were burned or cold, which can be disappointing. Overall, it remains a good spot for a quick, friendly, and convenient meal, especially after a football game or a busy morning.
