“The folks at Country Cupboard are all very friendly and hardworking, and the food at our wedding was great! It seemed to us that the company is outgrowing their capacity, which made timely communication a challenge. We sent a handful of emails and messages that were never responded to, and occasionally our wedding planner could get a response from them but that still took a while. We were also told we could do a tasting (at someone else’s wedding with a similar menu; they don’t offer tastings at their kitchen) but when we followed up to ask about a potential date we were told that the last possible wedding had already come and gone.“

“We are still dreaming about the food from our wedding, all thanks to Pam and the amazing team at Takeout 250! From start to finish, they were incredible to work with — thoughtful, flexible, and truly passionate about creating a menu that reflected us and the cozy, fall mountain vibe of our wedding.

The steak with chimichurri was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and the parmesan-crusted chicken was a guest favorite (we’re still getting compliments!). The open bar was smooth and well-run, keeping everyone happy, and the late night snack? Soft pretzels with beer cheese — a total hit and exactly what we needed to end the night on a high note.

Pam helped us build a menu that was not only delicious but also memorable, and everything was executed flawlessly. We couldn’t recommend Takeout 250 more for anyone looking for high-quality catering with a personal touch.
