They are always friendly. We like if the line gets long they come out to your car and take the order so you don't have to wait long. We didn't like one day they didn't wipe the sides of the cup and it got on our dress clothes. That wasn't nice. So, we asked the next time could they remember.

I love Klines!! I wish I had one back at home. The service was fast and friendly and the coffee delicious. I love the different options they provided. My latte was not too bitter, not too sweet. They had great frappe options as well.
I also ordered some breakfast food in a pinch, the quality is not the best there but it's a coffee place after all :)
