I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
I have nothing but praise for this Hardee's. My food has always been fresh and hot, and the service is excellent.
Understaffed. Took a while to get out order taken even though no one was in front of us. Tenders were good. Fries were stale like they had been in the crisper too long. No ice in drink machine.

Hardee's in New Ulm MN has a friendly crew and very courteous employees. The food is fresh, hot and delicious and it came fast. Breakfast sausage biscuit is Praise as great and the burgers are good. The drive thru and drive‑thru are organized fast and accurate and the order that is always accurate. The dining area and dining room are clean although the floor can be slippery and greasy and the drink station needs a deep clean. The kitchen crew keep everything together and move customers as fast as they can. Changes in grease and a cleaner restaurant have been noticeable. An attitude from one crew in the morning was but the service is fast organized and great. The location is a preferred fast food location and the service is accurate and friendly crew.
