Had the worst experience tonight 9pm. Walked in a gentleman and a separate couple were in line. The couple placed their order after the gentleman but was served first. They were understaffed. Once I placed my order there was a new- hire who attempted to maje my food without gloves. A slightly more experienced worker made my sandwich. After I sighted it as a health hazard. Went tonight through drive thru. Unfortunately, employee did not speak very good English and did not fully understand
Being on speaker was very difficult. Got food, receipt showed items I did not order, asked to replace, they did, but found it wrong when I arrived home. Also ordered the apple thingy for desert, was not in my bag. The biscuit was hard so could not eat that which was a disappointment. Overall, not a great experience.
