Went by today and it really depends on who is working. The burrito I ordered said on the screen chicken (but I received beef.) No biggie.. but then I bit into my taco and it was as cold as the inside of a refrigerator. Gross. Ill be going to the one across town from now on.
I was VERY impressed with the service we got. They had a bunch of customers but still did a great job. I hope management sees this and let's them know. It's not easy doing this job. But we appreciate you all.

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. The staff is generally kind and dedicated to customer satisfaction, often upgrading drinks and apologizing for out-of-stock items. However, the self-checkout system can sometimes lack in customer service, with staff not greeting customers as much as they should.
This location offers a range of menu items, including tacos, quesadillas, and breakfast options. Customers have praised the food, describing it as hot and full. The breakfast hours and offerings can be limited at times, with the fryer not being heated until later in the morning.
Customers have also highlighted the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the friendly and welcoming cashier. One customer specifically mentioned the "very nice young man that works the drive-through with pink hair," praising his quick and friendly service.
The restaurant has received positive reviews, with one customer describing it as their "best experience at any Taco Bell." The staff has been commended for their friendliness and willingness to assist customers, even helping a customer who was struggling to use the mobile app.
