Out of the three fast food restaurants in west point, this one has the best customer service. The young lady in the window greets you with a welcoming smile and friendly hello. The young man running food out to the cars was really nice and goes above and beyond. Also, the food is delicious.
A year ago I had very bad experience with a Hardee's restaurant forcing me to create a lifetime ban on them. On a recent trip from OBX back home we stopped at a convenience store beside the Hardee's to use the bathroom, change grandkids diaper and buy some snacks. I like to get the three pieces of chicken dinner & that includes a biscuit. The chicken order is supposed to have a breast, a drumstick, & a thigh. It seems that they never have drumsticks, so they substitute a wing in its place and never disclose that to me as a drive-in customer. When I get home, I'm disappointed. In my opinion, no wing is equal to a drumstick - never, ever.
