This was the nastiest Hardees I have ever been in. Had I looked around first I would have never ordered. The employees were rude, there was food and trash all over the floor where they prep. Trash and spilled drinks all over the condiment area, over flowing trash cans, filthy floor, and windows and doors. Now to the employees, one cashier stood with her back to the food holding station, which had unwrapped biscuits, and her hair has hanging on the biscuits. No one was wearing...read full review
Out of the three fast food restaurants in west point, this one has the best customer service. The young lady in the window greets you with a welcoming smile and friendly hello. The young man running food out to the cars was really nice and goes above and beyond. Also, the food is delicious.
Sat at the speaker box for over 5 minutes with no one saying anything. We ended up driving up and going inside where they must have finally decided to take drive thru orders because we had to stand inside and wait on them to take care of the car that was behind us. A female manager showed up and finally stuff started moving quicker than when there was just a male that clearly was in over his head.
