“This burger place is one of my go-to for a quick delicious burger, i get the bourbon burger which has tasty onion crisp with a delicious bourbon sauce. The staff are always pretty chill and nice about anything and everything, their shakes are also pretty bomb with them being worth your money compared to chick-fil-a or McDonalds their shakes are very flavorful and don’t have that gross nasty fast food tasting shake. Their pumpkin flavor shake is S tier and there Chocolate shake is also fire.“
“Menu was a little confusing as in ordering a Philly cheessteak compared to the ultimate Philly cheesteak I think that part needs to be simpler and just have a philly cheesteak and then just let guest add the toppings you have to order.... I meant to ask her name but forgot. She was working the evening of 3/9 at the register. That kind of service is extremely rare these days so it was refreshing and appreciated.“

I wish they allowed customization of their pizzas.. a fennel sausage and pepperoni would be awesome. They would really benefit from an acoustic study of the space. The design of the vintage concrete ceiling creates a massive amount of resonance which makes it easy to hear everything everywhere all at once. Super difficult for folks with any audio processing disorder.“

Workers here are actually friendly and helpful at this Falls Church location And they do an excellent job of making the food. Burgers taste freshly made, juicy and flavorful. Fries are perfectly cooked and are always crispy on the outside --- not soggy/greasy like many other 5 guys locations. I had the German sausage of this type, smaller than expected but fantastic. Generous with sauerkraut. I also had the strawberry smoothie Wich was excellent. Indoor seating is okay, not great and was not clean on the tables or seats, l have to ask them clean it. However, they were happy to do so. There is parking available a little light. So l give the food a 5 assuming the niche they are in. They also have delicious burgers and fries. 3 for atmosphere/seating/comfort and service l definitely recommend it“
