Very good pizza and a very nice happy hour with reasonable specials. Both the meatballs and the arancini balls are excellent. The pizza is baked in an authentic oven. Cute inside and an old fiat parked outside for ambiance. Finally, the service by Erika was great. She provided good advice, would bring things out before we thought to ask for them and always had a smile on her face. Definitely worth a visit.

I had an outstanding experience at Pupatella in West Springfield! From the moment we were seated, Sofia provided exceptional service. She was warm, welcoming, attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive, made thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. It's clear that she takes pride in delivering an outstanding dining experience.
