To start, the strawberry cheesecake and ice on the cake ice cream was delicious. They have outdoor dining, so I was able to sit out with our corgi, who was also satisfied with the experience as she received a pup cup!!! Despite their variety and delicious ice cream flavors, the colonial atmosphere that this place provides is unbeatable.

Have been coming here for 15 years, ice cream always the same, good enough for a main brand, but service is up and down. Most young people are nice and concentrate on the work, and some are rather annoyed and act like they hate being there and rather not be bothered by those pesky customers. Sometimes these space cadets tend to just plop something in the cup, usually approx half portion. The ice cream is already expensive, hate being cheated out of an additional 50%. They need to train staff better, wanting to make some extra pocket money is a good reason to work, but obviously not good enough to do a good job.

We love Rylie!!! She lights up Baskin Robbins every time we see her! She always greets us with her incredible smile and makes us feel like family. She is as sweet as the ice cream !

One of the workers literally told another worker "I refuse to take their order" before we even said anything to them, they were very rude while we were ordering, and overall just had an awful experience with the attitude of the girls working.

My daughter just got fired there after going through training and barely spending two weeks on the job because they feel she’s not getting it!! Getting what?? She just started……literally just started the job!! Nice…..you guys are horrible.

SECRET TIP: They have iced coffee! If you don’t feel like waiting 20 minutes at the two coffee shops near here, definitely go in and grab it to go real quick 😂 I was surprised how good it is!
This location has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, period. The location is clean, well staffed and busy without feeling overwhelming or cluttered with people. I’ve been to this location twice now and plan to come back whenever I walk around downtown.
I had a cute date with my Partner, we got Ice Cream in a cone and walked around at night chatting and window shopping. I am unsure of the staff member’s name who served us, but they were so friendly and really sold us on a few flavors.
If you’re in the area, stop by! The location is right in the middle of everything, very convenient and a great option if you need some coffee ASAP without all the hassle of a conventional coffee shop.
