My daughter just got fired there after going through training and barely spending two weeks on the job because they feel she’s not getting it!! Getting what?? She just started……literally just started the job!! Nice…..you guys are horrible.

This place is the place to get ice cream. The employees were nice and even explained about the dinosaur cup to my daughter (7) with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond customer service wise.

The two gals working made us feel so welcome. Two of my kids have nut allergies and they spent extra time helping them decide as well as sanitizing the scoop before scooping their ice cream. Two thumbs up!

It’s a B-R. Tastes like it. Smells like it. Looks like it.What really stood out though was the person that helped us. She was so absolutely cheerful. It’s really nice to be served by someone so happy. I hope they give her a raise.But, yeah, our ice creams and smoothies were wonderful. As expected.

Ice cream is always delicious, but the staff were all crabby and looked irritated that we were there. My daughter and I were joking around with each other, and when we laughed, they told us we were being too loud. We ended up just leaving because they made us feel uncomfortable.

I mean it's ice cream. What more is there to say? I only wish they could accept tips from credit card purchases. The staff was very patient, professional, and quickly made our order. Next time we visit we'll bring cash, and hopefully we'll have some of the same workers there.

Horrible customer service. I brought my little cousin in for her birthday to get the birthday free cone but they told her to leave and laughed at her for being cheap. They didn't even wish her happy birthday and she felt completely embarrassed. We went across the street to kilwins and they were so nice to her and gave her free ice cream. Not going back to here. They lost 4 customers.

Riley was an awesome help to our family! She let my daughter put her own sprinkles on her ice cream and made my daughters night! The sundae I got was so good

SECRET TIP: They have iced coffee! If you don’t feel like waiting 20 minutes at the two coffee shops near here, definitely go in and grab it to go real quick ? I was surprised how good it is!This location has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, period. The location is clean, well staffed and busy without feeling overwhelming or cluttered with people. I’ve been to this location twice now and plan to come back whenever I walk around downtown.I had a cute date with my Partner, we got Ice Cream in a cone and walked around at night chatting and window shopping. I am unsure of the staff member’s name who served us, but they were so friendly and really sold us on a few flavors.If you’re in the area, stop by! The location is right in the middle of everything, very convenient and a great option if you need some coffee ASAP without all the hassle of a conventional coffee shop.
