I tried to order over phone but there was no answer so I went over and ordered my banana split in the drive thru. The service was outstanding and tasted great. After I returned home, I recieved a phone call saying they had missed my call and if there was something that they could do. I told them that I drove over and picked up what I wanted and it was no big deal about the phone call. I was amazed by the fact they they called me back and how sorry they were for missing my call....

For the humans, this was our first visit, and we will definitely be returning! Staff was super friendly and very patient with our "first time here, can't decide what we want" slowness. The ice cream is delicious, and the portion size is very generous. We highly recommend it!

Very good customer service and great ice cream. We got Oreo and Strawberry and would highly recommend them. On the Strawberry ice cream, we forgot to mention rainbow sprinkles so we asked when they gave us our ice cream. They said yes and provided us the ice cream with sprinkles. Would highly recommend Bruster’s Real Ice Cream.
