Used to be great. The best location I have been to. Last 3-4 times we've been here they have been chronically short staffed not even taking drink orders for 10-15 minutes after sitting down. It seems there was a change in management or something in the last 6 months because it really was a 180. Hopefully they figure it out because we really like the place.

We used to go here on Tuesdays. The Wife and I always say at the bar. The original bartender was the reason we kept going back. She was fantastic and the food was always good. Then all of a sudden we started getting younger females. The bartender we had the last 3 times was the pits. This last and it is the last visit we sat at the bar again 3 feet from her. 5 minutes later we left. She refused to acknowledge us nor ask what we wanted to drink. All she did was flirt with this person next to us. As we was leaning she finally asked is there a problem? I told her that her why and her care less attitude. All she said then was oh well. Time find wings someplace else.

So we went out with family a little later in the evening on a Friday. It was any 800 when we were seated. We had a very personable server with a great sense of humor. Now we had 13 people in our party but split the bill 3 ways. He did but have a problem with that. Drinks came and my daughter got 2 but was only charged for 1. The food was hot. It didn't come out all at once but it was good. I got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. It was a pretty decent sized patty! I enjoyed it. From what I could see if the rest of the meals, they looked great (personal opinions applied to all) but I didn't hear any complaints on quality or portion size. Everyone who orders chicken or a burger got theirs first. We had an order for Mac and cheese and another for a Philly which were out last. I got the impression they were running short staffed but it only took about 20 minutes for us all to be served. If I did have any negative observations, it would be that some of the tables were not bussed immediately upon our arrival or during our visit. But again...I think they were short staffed. Over all, given that they could have been short staffed, it was a marvelous visit! I would go again!

They were busy I was patient. Waited an hour for my prepaid pick up order. Got my food it was not what I ordered. I waited another 10 mins patiently and finally someone came to the front and I told her and she said I’m sorry I’m by myself today. Took my food didn’t come back and say we’re going to fix it for you it’ll be a few more minutes nothing!! Finally I was able to waive someone down and asked for the manager. Same excuses. I asked for my money back and they can keep the food, I was over it. He said it’ll take 5-7 days for y refund. Well I will never go back their service sucks. While I waited I saw the servers with attitude not friendly. If you still decide to come here remember this review! I told you not to!

They had very limited bar area seating and only one server who did a terrific job. The food came quite quickly. We had an enjoyable time and it was good fried food.

630pm Monday night. Wasn't greeted. Basically ignored. Oh, the dining room is busy. Please sit in bar. That's fine. My sugar is low, please order onion rings quickly. 17 minutes later they arrive.

I ordered the beer cheese cheese steak. Dried out, gross. Fries decent.

Only positive was the amazing waitress.

⭐ 1 Star (only because zero isn’t an option)

We took our kids to Buffalo Wild Wings after seeing Santa, hoping for a simple family dinner. Instead, we experienced some of the worst service I’ve ever had.

We waited 10–15 minutes just to be acknowledged. When we were finally seated, we politely asked for a booth and were met with a rude, dismissive response from our server, Kimberly. We should have walked out at that point, but money is tight and we don’t eat out often, so we stayed—huge mistake.

We ordered drinks (one water, two teas, and a beer). The teas came out first, but no water for my youngest child. When my oldest son tried to order an appetizer, Kimberly gave him a nasty look and snapped, “Can you let me put the beer order in first? It’s not my fault you forgot.” Completely inappropriate, especially in front of kids.

Our food order was completely messed up. The wrong wings came out first, then my oldest finished his entire meal before the rest of our food arrived. My toddler’s meal came out 30–45 minutes later, when it should have been first. The wing flavors were also incorrect.

The silverware was filthy—so bad I had to clean it myself with a wet wipe (and yes, I took pictures).

When I asked about the large fries we ordered, I was told we didn’t order them. Then the check came, and we were charged incorrectly, including items we didn’t order and duplicate wing orders. After it was “fixed,” the large fries magically appeared on the bill—the same fries I was told we never ordered. Again, I have photos.

What should have been a nice family outing turned into a stressful, miserable experience. Between the attitude, forgotten drinks, incorrect food, dirty silverware, and billing errors, this location failed across the board.

We will never return, and I truly hope management addresses these issues.

Visited the Williamsburg (Newtown) location on December 18 between 5–6 PM with my son. We experienced long delays (30+ minutes) while tables seated after us received their food.

Fries came out cold and soggy almost immediately after the appetizer. My son’s wings were cold when they arrived. More concerning, I ordered bone-in wings specifically to avoid gluten, but my order came out boneless and fried.

The staff was polite, but the kitchen execution and order accuracy were poor. When food allergies or dietary restrictions are involved, accuracy matters. Disappointing experience overall.

I go for football Sunday, always super busy. Service is great atmosphere is on par with what i'm looking for the food quality could always be better, but i'm not really going for the quality of the food as much as i'm going for the atmosphere to watch the big game.

Waitress barely could work the tablet to take order. One meal came out and the other 3 didnt until 15 mins later. Half the meal was overcooked. Just not worth the $100 we spent. I would not recommend this location.

It was pretty crowded tonight and it was clear that the servers were overwhelmed, but they pulled it together. Clearly they’re understaffed but they did the best with what they were given. Matt and Branden helped our group of 12. The food took a little bit, but it turned out well. They were great on providing refills and offered to take off some of the bill.

Walked in with a group and stood there for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, just for no one to approach us. They had two parties of two seated AFTER us, even without talking to us. Another group of 8 came in after us, had a person finally talk to us to ask us “how many people is in your group?”.. we responded “8”.. he had an attitude and asked the other group which also responded “8”.. he then huffed, rolled his eyes and walked off.

This is the date of 12/13/25, around 10:30 pm. None of the workers looked like they wanted to be there.

We left and went to atomic wings (highly recommend).

Service very poor. Not a single greeting to be seated. 20 minutes later until someone finally said 45 minutes queue, while there was a lot of open tables. Restaurant looked like a truck stop bathroom. Trash on the tables and floor. Do better! Go to atomic wings.

honestly didn’t even get to try the food but the attitude of the workers here was wild. waited 10+ mins before speaking to anyone and two couples got sat before me. once i mentioned we had a table of 8+ people, we got an eye roll and a sigh from the host speaking to us. we didnt get spoken to again for another 5 mins just to be told we’d have a 40 min wait. all the tables at the bar were super dirty and the waiter at the bar was also responding very aggressively. as another person that works in fast paced food service, i was very disappointed in the treatment here.
