I did an online to go order for two lunch combos both boneless honey barbecue. When I get the orders home one is a sweet barbecue and one is Asian traditional. There was no ranch included and the drinks had no straws and were flat. When I called back to tell them that the order was wrong the manager told me that they gave me the right food. This was after I waited 20 minutes past my pick up time please see pictures to confirm.

By far one of the slowest places in Williamsburg to get food. Staff likes to joke around and does not care. poor management here.

We waited for a long time. The food was good, but it came late and some of our order didn’t arrive.

After waiting at the servers stand waiting to be seated for 18 minutes, seeing staff ignoring my family and 2 other families a blonde haired waitress finally came up to us and told us that they were short staffed and had only 1 cook working. She said due to this it would be at least a 45 minute wait to be seated at 950 pm on a Sunday night. Poorly managed, tourist should avoid

This was the most unimpressive Buffalo Wild Wings location we've ever visited. The typical B-Dubs vibe was missing. Sure there were TVs everywhere for entertainment but the dining area was outdated and boring. Initially, it took forever for our waiter to come to our table. When he did arrive, he commented about how busy it was, yet there were not many patrons in the restaurant to warrant the lengthy wait. We ordered our food and waited some more. My husband and I each ordered a burger. When it came out, the waiter said we had more potato wedges coming which seemed odd. My husband picked up his burger and found a broken chicken bone that appeared to fall out of the burger. We called the waiter over to show him and he took it back to the kitchen. He returned quickly with another tray, apparently the same burger, and the explanation that the bone was in with the wedges, from the fryer. Meanwhile, my son was still waiting for his order of wings to arrive. The waiter's attentiveness did improve throughout the our meal, which was a redeeming factor for him. He also made sure that we didn't have to pay for the meal with the chicken bone in it. Overall, not the experience we were expecting.

We stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings in Williamsburg for lunch and went with their special—ten bone-in wings, a side, and a soft drink for $13. For the price, it felt like a solid deal, especially compared to regular menu prices. The wings were tasty, well-seasoned, and cooked just right, and the side complemented them well. Service was friendly and efficient, making the visit pleasant from start to finish. While some locals point out that Williamsburg has independent spots with more distinctive flavors, on this occasion Buffalo Wild Wings delivered on both value and quality, making it a satisfying and straightforward choice for a casual lunch.

We ordered loaded ice cream and only got the ice cream no churros ! Definitely wasn’t worth the visit. Or server CHASE completely ignored us. We were sat by another servers present table where he took their food order to completion and never addressed us either. We sat for 20 mins or more and he brought their food out and still hadn’t spoken to us and we were right beside them. So I had to get his attention while he was standing around flirting and laughing and he pretended the server across the room was ours. Let me tell you if you are African American save your money. They made it clear.

I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered my wings all flats extra crispy. My wings were not extra crispy, weren’t crispy at all! I called back spoke with a manger on duty he pretty much called me a lier without calling me one.. I told him I have no reason to lie about my wings not being extra crispy being that I usually don’t have this problem when I order wings there with all that being said he said he will refund my money back to my method of payment I told him it wasn’t even about a refund he can just replace my order he said they no longer do that but then he said I can’t refund you until tomorrow but it should be back on your card within 7 to 10 business days well refund $24.41 was never issued which I honestly wasn’t looking for it because why couldn’t he do it right then and there. I pretty much knew he wasn’t going to refund my money but it’s very unprofessional and bad business to lie to a faithful customer who wasn’t even calling for a refund I just wanted my wings cooked the way I ordered them. I’m not sure if I will spend my money there again but if I do I will definitely check my food before leaving the establishment.

Our server was great she did everything she could to accommodate our needs. The food was not satisfactory at all. Everything we got was lukewarm or cold. We had five people in our party and we all ordered Appetizers. One appetizer came out before the entrees. Two people didn't get Appetizers at all. The wings were overcooked. One side of bacon and cheese fries came out before any Appetizers. The fries were cold. It was a terrible experience and very disappointing for the prices we paid..

Food was satisfactory—classic wings and sides that hit the spot for a casual bite. Unfortunately, the dining room felt neglected, with sticky tables and scuffed floors, and the bathrooms were far from clean. If you're just here for the game and grub, it’ll do the job, but the overall atmosphere definitely needs a refresh

Ordered takeout while on an overnight trip to visit Busch Gardens Williamsburg. No issues at all placing my order online- value deal of six traditional wings (lemon pepper dry rub!) and fries. The food was ready when I arrived about 15-20 minutes later, and it was fairly hot (as in temperature) all things considered. The quantity of food was good- enough for one person with a moderately-sized appetite. However, I do feel the price is rather steep at c. $15 not including tax and tip. Although I prefer to support local places when I want wings and have time to sit in, it was an OK place to grab a quick meal.
Great service. Cleanliness. The food was great.
