I placed an order via the BK app. The order receipt was correct, but it was incorrectly assembled (1 wrong sandwich & 1 missing sandwich). The store manager was rude and arrogant and would not correct the order, stating that they're not responsible for the mobile app. However, the app generated the correct order -- they just didn't assemble it correctly. I came to this location on my lunch break today 10-6-2021 6:30 pm, the lobby was closed like always so I then went through the drive thru, I am the only car in line and two employees get out of a car by the drive thru all I could smell Is marijuana. One had a nice shirt, I assume it was a manager they other had a regular employee shirt on. The lady then came to the speaker and told me that the store is only selling drinks.....
