Form your own opinion. I ordered an Italian Sub and the menu stated that it had mayo, oil, vinegar and spices. None of these were on the sandwich. It was dry as other customers had experienced as well and they noted in their reviews. Arrived to Williamsburg late tonight and hungry. Not a lot of places were opened so I ran up to Chanellos that was opened late. I thank another reviewer who recommended the Norfolk sub because it was delicious! Turkey with steak like from a Philly cheesesteak with lots of toppings. Also got hot wings and an Italian sub that were good. Fast service - great place for something late at night!
Been ordering from this location for over a year now with no issues. Placed an online order today and the two pizzas arrived ahead of schedule, but one pizza was the wrong kind. I called and they delivered the correct one in less than 30 mins. Things happen, thanks for the quick recovery!!
