The food was wonderful with so many choices. The service was very efficient since we were with a group of 40 and served within 15 minutes of arrival. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant was immaculate.
I didn’t finish half of my sandwich and wrapped it up to go. I left my food on the table while I went to the restroom. When I got back, there was a to-go box and bag waiting for me on my table. Noticing me and meeting my need before I could ask: that is what you call customer service.
This was our first time at Chicken Salad Chick and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, there staff was courteous and efficient, and the service was faster than expected.
