This is a somewhat difficult restaurant to review; not because the food isn’t excellent (it is) or the service is bad (it is good, if slow), but because of the eternal question of “is the experience worth the cost.” Cochon is definitely trying to be Williamsburg’s premier fine dining establishment, and in many ways, it succeeds. Absolutely amazing experience! Took my son here for his 21st birthday dinner, and the cocktails & food were S-Tier. Our server, Renee, made the whole meal extra special with amazing service. The restaurant even printed a special birthday menu. Hands down, our favorite place to go in Williamsburg for a special dinner.
Phenomenal experience. The food, service and attention to detail cannot be compared. We are foodies and have eaten all over the world, this place is a hidden gem and we ate some of the best food we have ever eaten tonight!
