So much better than a couple years ago line moves fast food always right used to be complete opposite my chicken sandwich was so good & hushpuppies so crisp I had to leave this review in the middle of eating
Cookout has always been a go to when we are out of town. However I have noticed the prices have gone up substantially, and portion sizes aren't as generous. Food is good if you crave a BBQ-stye flavor, a few times we have had an issue with our order; missing an item, or item not made right, but they did fix the issue.
Want to shout out John, Scott, Ashley, and the entire team at cookout on 5/28/26. We had been traveling since 4am, then spent the day at Busch Gardens. After a long day with 10 people, we were HUNGRY. John helped us through our order since we’d never been there before. He was personable and knowledgeable.
