As a whiskey fan, this is a Utopia of wonderful whiskey in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. A must-see, and taste, in Williamsburg for any visiting whiskey connoisseur. Or for anyone that wants to see what real whiskey is about. Their bottles make excellent gifts for those that have everything except for one of the world's finest whiskeys. Outdoor seating, and live music sometimes. Just a wonderful atmosphere.
We went to the Copper Fox distillery with friends and took the tour. It was very interesting to see the behind the scenes on how this unique process works. With the owner Rick as our guide, he led us through the renovated hotel property that is now a distillery. Afterward we were able to purchase snacks and try some of the different whiskeys and ryes, with a gift shop to buy your favor bottle.
