the worst service ever...waited in drive threw 15 mins ...no one came to drive threw speaker.rode to window girl said really busy no one had a headset.i told her u might want to post a note since u got a line to the rode!!!! still no order taking ...I just drove off!!!!!

Went at 7:30 walking from our hotel and the door was locked. Without a car we couldn’t go through the drive thru. The two employees inside saw us at the door and didn’t come over. Hours say the inside dining is open till 8. Don’t come if you’re a tourist.

Stopped to get a donut and breakfast sandwiches. After waiting 25 minutes we were informed that there were no plain bagels to make breakfast sandwiches and when we tried the donut it was obviously made at least one if not more days ago.The food we got was not good, the service was poor and amazing a breakfast place does not have something like a plain bagel and fresh donuts. We will definitely not return to this location.

You are right, nothing here. It's 1730hrs, and there is nothing here. Store closes at 2000hrs. Went through drive thru, ask the employee if there was lemon, he didn't know. Had to go look. He came back on and said no. Didn't feel like having him not know the answers to my questions, so I said I would come in. Mind you, there are no customers, in store. An employee sitting at table got up when I came in, thought he was going to assist me in taking my order. Nope. Walked right past me, didn't acknowledge me as a customer. Actually, no one did. A few of employees were huddled together doing whatever it was they were doing, nothing. So, yeah, NOTHING HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO DONUTS. NOT EVEN SMELL OF MAKING MORE.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to! It’s ridiculous that I can order something online for pick up in the drive-through five minutes before I arrive, and then wait 15 minutes in the drive-through line just to receive my food. I have even tried going in to pick up my food, but then I wind up, standing at the counter, waiting for somebody to acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes!this place is a disgrace!

Only three choices of donuts, I know it was late, like noon time, but not an excuse to have all the trays empty with no labels on them. Trash on the floor beside inside overflowed trash can by employee walking by it. Tables were all dirty from previous customers. Coffee was served calling by size and let the customers find out which one was theirs. I had a lady taking mine and the returned it apologizing. Just a mess. Employees could care less. They need a manager, it was obvious that there was nobody in control.

Service in drive through is SUPER SLOW. Ordered a variety of a dozen doughnuts and a grilled cheese. Of course NO sour dough bread. Dunkin Doughnuts is supposed to be # 1 but doesn't live up to that. Thumbs Down!!
