The young black woman with long artificial nails NEON PINK and loose hair (weave?) had no hair net nor gloves on!! Scratching her face and head then handled and put lid on my cup. NO GLOVES!! VA law says no finger nail polish nor artificial nails unless gloves are on during service. And last I checked GODS last name is not damn! Twice I heard it out of her mouth! Found this language to be very offensive, I am a Christian!!! Love Dunkin products but apparently this store doesnt...read full review
Good customer service and getting the coffee and food was pretty quick
