I ordered takeout and the pupusas are amazing! So fresh and delicious! The portions are also so generous for the price - each order of pupusas comes with 3 and a good amount of curtido and salsa roja. I sillily ordered 2 orders of pupusas (1 cheese and 1 bean and cheese) and an order of tacos with rice and beans thinking the pupusas wouldn’t be enough and now I’m swimming with leftovers. So good, I’m going to have some for breakfast!
Ate here twice while in vacation. The place looks deserted and the seats are in need of repair but the food was excellent. It was served quickly and tasted homemade. Kids loved the burritos, the pupusas and tortas were amazing. Blew up my macros for the day and totally worth it.
We got take out. We're staying at Embassy Suites 2 minutes away. I love pupusas since I grew up in DC. We got tired of usual fast food and chain places around here. I am really sick of Chik fil A, McDonald's, Cracker Barrel, etc.
The cabbage slaw should be tangier, but everything was good for the $50 price. My son demolished his carne asada.
