The cupcakes taste great but the frosting was definitely melted. My guess would he this is less because cupcakes being frosted while still warm and more so because the kiosk inside Illy is positioned right next to the door. All that hot summer air being let in does not fare well with frosting
Let me start by saying, I am in Louisiana and I ordered this cake for my daughters Law school graduation! Pretty important! There was no option to order over the phone. It was all online. I thought for sure that they would call me for specifics on my cake. They only let you choose color of icing and cake flavor. When arriving in Williamsburg, I went to the address online and it's just a coffee shop where you pick up the cake. They are made out of the owners house. The communication...
