“We had our anniversary dinner celebration at Opus 9 on 7/6/26. No exception was taken with the food or atmosphere as both were exceptional. However, who I assume was the floor manager blatantly failed to acknowledge our anniversary nor provide complimentary glasses of a sparkling beverage in honor of our special day as done with a couple dining adjacent to us who also were celebrating their anniversary.“
