Have been here many times, and the quality and service have gone down. We ordered online/delivered , and it is absolutely disgusting. I have never been more disappointed. Not only did we pay extra for “quality “ ingredients that cost extra, but we also attempted multiple times to call them to make this right. They will not answer, and it is an absolute shame. The Monticello Ave location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a delivery and it was sent to the wrong address even though I put the correct address on my order. So I tried calling the restaurant 4 separate times and nobody answered. This is beyond unacceptable and they will never see my money again. I’ve gone from being a loyal repeat customer to someone who will never go back to this location.
Very welcoming place. Everyone is nice especially the waitress. Food is good and prices are reasonable.

First Watch is a lively restaurant with a light, upbeat atmosphere and friendly service. The staff knows a lot about nut tree allergies and makes sure there is no cross-contamination in the kitchen. The shrimp & grits are fabulous, with perfectly cooked shrimp and great flavors. The restaurant offers the best coffee, which can even be bought to enjoy at home. Located in a shopping mall in Williamsburg, there is plenty of parking available. Customers often enjoy breakfast here, with many choices like the Trifecta, which includes a waffle or pancakes, two eggs, and a choice of meat. The bacon app is also popular, offering a sweet flavor with a bit of a kick. The steak and eggs hash is a special that is highly recommended while still available. The frittata rustica is larger than expected and very tasty, and the child pancake is huge, often taken home in leftovers. Seasonal Christmas iced coffee is very popular and delicious, though it’s best to order one with regular coffee to enjoy slowly. Overall, First Watch is a great spot for delicious meals, excellent service, and a welcoming environment.
