Perfect mom and pop style breakfast. Food was amazing. Portion sizes are huge. Quiet family breakfast because everyone was stuffing their faces with delicious breakfast food tasting like it came out of grandmas kitchen. Server was polite informative and friendly.
Near the end of our recent vacation trip to Williamsburg, we stopped at the Five Forks Cafe for a late breakfast. We had never been there before, even though we have often vacationed in the area, so we thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed. The food was very good and very plentiful! I waited kind of a long time awkwardly to get a table which was awkward. The food was about as ok as you would expect. The food that was good was perfectly fine but not blow your mind stellar, but the hash browns actually tasted like the griddle burn. I've gone to a lot of diners and purchase hash browns pretty much every time I get breakfast. I have never had them taste like that, even at the dirtiest looking waffle house I've gone to.
