Was not at all impressed with the food. Ordered a hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. When this arrived to the table, it was literally a frozen hamburger patty that was overcooked covered with onions and gravy. The mashed potatoes and green beans were not bad but nothing to write home about. Keep in mind this meal cost me over $20 with tax and tip.
Delightful waitress (sadly didn't catch her name) and the food was delicious and well priced. I got the French Toast combo with eggs and bacon and the French toast were 2 thick as heck pieces of bread (which most places just give you regular bread slices) which I was super happy with, eggs were soft and well cooked, and the bacon wasn't that paper thin stuff some places give you. We just moved in less than a few miles away and will certainly be back!
Lovely place with amazing homemade food. I personally got a chocolate chip pancake, hash browns, and some French Toast. The drinks and food were served fast and the waiter was respectful and understanding. There is a handful of people on a Sunday morning and maybe a small wait to find a table. There is plenty of parking especially in the back of the cafe. Overall, this is a great place to eat with great service and food.
