Bad customer service
Food was strange. I got a seafood soup and the broth was not there. Not sure how you make a soup without broth, but the so called liquid was complete jelly. Similar to if the soup was refrigerated and you go to re-heat it the next day, the liquid coagulates until it's heated up. This soup was "very" hot when I received it, and the liquid was all jelly. Very unappetizing to say the least. The scallops in the soup had the consistency of being completely raw.

First time ordering Chinese food in Williamsburg and not disappointed! Ordered the Happy Family with Lo Mein instead of rice. Enough for 2 people with some leftover. Great balance and variety of meats and vegetables.

Seems like the norm for most Chinese take out to ignore cosmetics. Signs on the outside very faded and the food signs inside were also faded and dusty. The sit down area looks like they never fully recovered after COVID. The food itself was fresh and tasty however.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! The beef teriyaki was thicker slices of beef than most and no red color to it. The crab rangoon was lighter than most and crispy and generously filled, great flavor. The orange chicken was crispy, not soggy like most, a little heavy on the sauce but great flavor with fresh broccoli. I didn't have the Lo Mein but my kids liked it! Someone had a dish with rice noodles in it that they really liked as well! I don't often leave reviews but I felt this under-rated place was well deserving of a good one! Prices and portions were typical to good!

This was a great spot for delicious foods! The chicken wings were a nice size, cooked to perfection, seasoned well and crispy. The Pork Lo Mein was delicious with tender tasty pork. The Chicken Egg Foo Young was delicious and cooked just right! The House Fried Shrimp was filled with Chicken, Beef, Shrimp and Pork was the best and the shrimp roll too!
There is plenty of free parking, take-out and/or eat inside.
Friendly service and your food is cooked just for you so it’s piping hot!!

Went looking for a dine in Chinese food experience. Very disappointed. Had to order at the counter, not off a menu with service at the table. Only beverages available were in a cooler by the service counter --no hot tea available, only cold in a to go container. Our dish was brought to the table in a plastic take out container, no serving spoon along with a strofoam plate of rice and a small plastic fork. Food was very under seasoned without much flavor. Will not go back.
Best Chinese restaurant in Williamsburg! Great food, service and prices! Would most definitely recommend to anyone!

I ordered carry out here while staying at Great Wolf Lodge. The “General Tsos chicken” was not General Tsos chicken. It was very small pieces of cut up chicken (white meat as I requested) , no batter, not fried, with some sort of sweet and sour sauce on it. The chicken tasted old and smelled the same. I also ordered “bourbon chicken” which was exactly the same as the general tsos but had chunks of green pepper and onions in it. This was by far the worst chicken I’ve had from a Chinese restaurant. On a positive note, all of the sides were delicious! The spring rolls, crab Rangoons (some of the best in my opinion) and shrimp lo mein.

Do not use their online ordering system if you hope to have food ready when you come to pick it up. On December 22 at 10:30 am I placed a $400 order off their catering menu for pickup on December 24th at 6:45pm. I knew that this would be one of the busiest days for this business, but with 2 days notice and their confirmation email i figured my order would be ready. It seems that the online orders are not processed until you get to the store. Our food was not ready at the restaurant until 8:00pm for a meal that started at 7:15pm. I was deeply disappointed as the food was good, but I cannot ever order from them again for these type events.
