Football game was loud, person who new how to operate volume was not in. Slow service on waiting for check only. We've been twice, seems like new wait staff. Excellent food and prices, definitely recommend!

The atmosphere and decorations were cool but it stopped there. Service was not good. Took forever to get food—so much so we almost just left because there was virtually no one else there and everything was taking forever. Server obviously did not want to deal with us because we had children. Ignored us after putting in food order and never asked about refills. Had to track her down just to see where food was. Plus was more expensive than worth it. Do not recommend.

*amazing* place for a bite to eat in williamsburg, the food is ALWAYS good no matter what you get, i originally just came here for the traditional wings (decently sized and the sauce is always on point) i saw they had some new items so i had to try them. the hot rod burger was really good and their fries is a must, crispy just how they should be! but not only is the food great but the atmosphere is nice, the waitresses are always friendly and give good advice on the food, plenty of TVs to watch sports, and often host little side activities to enjoy while eating. ive never met the management/owners but from what ive seen they are great for our community- they use to have car meets but i believe those were canceled and now they just have bike nights which is still awesome for our locals. i recommend coming here for a quick bite or a relaxing dinner with the family without breaking the bank or hurting your wallet. affordable food, great service, awesome atmosphere, you cant ask for more!

The crust was like cardboard, the sauce had no seasoning just tasted like reg. Tomato sauce. And it was just barely warm. It was delivered.

We stopped in here on a whim and we're very glad that we did! The fries were great as an appetizer and the pizza was amazing! Service was excellent! There are lots of TVs and they had all the NFL games on. All the other food that we saw come out looked great too. The decor is cute and you have to check out the bathroom!

This place does not deserve a 4.4-star rating. We were seated and completely ignored for over 20 minutes—no drink orders, no food orders, not even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” They told us up front that food might take 25 minutes because the kitchen was backed up, which would’ve been fine if they’d at least taken our drink orders. Instead, staff walked by our table multiple times and acted like we weren’t even there.

At this point, I can’t tell if the issue was poor management, complete incompetence, or something worse—but either way, it was an awful experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. Went to Sal’s down the road after this travesty. Always great food there and would definitely recommend them over this trash establishment!

We were seated after a few minutes and were told the kitchen was a little backed up and it may be a 25 minute wait for the food. That was fine, there wasn’t that many people seated so we’d assumed it was because of pickup orders that were standing at the front waiting.

After 40 minutes no one had even been to our table to take a drink or app orders. So i placed an online pickup order for the pizza that was ready for us within 30 minuets. I grabbed drinks front the bar and we ate at an outside table. Never once approached by a waitress.

Food was okay, definitely not worth the wait.

What a gem!!! The pizza, salads, and desserts are all fresh and excellent quality. The staff are friendly, efficient, and engaging. We went on a Thursday for musical bingo night. It was a fun, community and families friendly experience. This was an unexpected delight. The prices are all reasonable too. Would go back again and again! Thanks Highway Pizza!!

Edit to remove another star: My son finally got home with our order and we were talking about the slow service, and he then informed me that our order was actually ready, but that the staff didn't even know it, and he sat there for no reason!
He said that when he gave my name to pick up the order, the guy said it wasn't ready and that it was going to be a little wait. So he waited...and he waited. Then he watched the guy come out of the kitchen and take our pizza out of the holding cabinet in the front of the store. It had been ready the entire time.
This used to be our go-to place when it first opened, but this service isn't worth the price or the time we wasted.

First review:
The process of ordering online needs to be streamlined. When you place your order, you're prompted to leave a tip at the time of ordering. However, I was told that my order would be ready within 25 minutes and now, 45 minutes later, we're still waiting for our order. This is frustrating because I tipped based on the service I was told I was going receive. So now, we sit here and wait, and I'm out tip money that someone didn't earn.
