Service was excellent! Polite, friendly and helpful. Another customer had a special request for their drink and barista took time to understand and remake to her exact specifications.
Stick to the great Italian espresso by Illy.. but stay away from cappuccino! If you want to serve a good one you need to train your barista on properly steaming and pouring the right amount of milk. What I got was a big boiling soup.
Visited Merchant Square on a very hot day in July and though we'd stop by for some gelato and air condition. Enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and the varying choices of gelato available. All the flavors we got were very good and cooled us down as needed. Also ended up getting a frappe and one of the bakery items.
