I just had the BEST Catfish and shrimp! I would have taken a photo but I ate it so fast and the size of the catfish was TEXAS big and simply delicious. I ordered on Door Dash. The shrimp sauce I devoured as well. I’m from Texas but I each time I’m here this will be my go to spot for Fish & Shrimp!

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant yesterday for lunch and boy was I in for a treat! I had the privilege to meet Mr. Keland! He is very welcoming and friendly! I struggled with what to order and reassured me that everything taste great! I could not agree more, I tried the gator bites, boudin balls, and the beignets! Everything was delicious and seasoned Louisiana Cajun style for sure! Check them out ❤️

My family and I ordered food this evening. We ordered the gumbo, catfish platter, shrimp platter, gator bites, calamari and fried seafood platter along with an order of beignets. I have had creole/cajun style food before but this is different. This is homemade cooking definitely passed down through generations. The catfish was excellent, the calamari was probably the best I’ve ever had, the gumbo was excellent, my wife and sons thought everything was amazing. The portions were amazing and the price was definitely affordable. Average of $10-$12 per meal and the seafood platter was $20 and that was definitely worth it. The catfish was definitely meaty and at least 10-12 inches long. The breading was out of this world. The Mac and cheese was out of this world as well and the Beignets were amazing. We are only in the Williamsburg area for a few days and there are many different options for food. This should be a go to place for the seafood lover and Cajun lover. Hands down, amazing!! We will be back. Maybe even this week.

I’m from Vegas and came to visit family here in Virginia, and wow every now and then I crave some real southern cooking, and this spot delivered! I had the fried catfish, shrimp, fries, and a sample of the crawfish bites, and everything was absolutely top-notch. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and packed with that southern love and flavor you just can’t fake. The food brought back memories and created new ones. This will definitely be our go-to spot every time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Seen this place on Tik Tok and had to come! Once I heard ‘BLACK OWNED’ it sold me. It’s run by family and they are just the kindest people. The food was delicious and you can tell it was fresh. Thank you for a great experience. This place was truly a hidden gem. I’ll be back! Even if I have to drive those 4 hours.

If you're looking for authentic, mouthwatering Louisiana seafood restaurant, Keland Louisiana Seafood is the place to be! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and laughter by the owner, who instantly made the entire experience feel like a visit to a good friend's house. Not only is he hilarious—cracking jokes and keeping the vibe lively—but he's also genuinely passionate about what he does, and it shows in every bite.
Now let’s talk about the food. WOW. Everything was perfectly seasoned bold, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they don’t hold back when it comes to spices and authenticity. The seasoning is exactly what you'd expect from true Louisiana cuisine: rich, layered, and absolutely addictive. The seafood was fresh, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Whether it's the shrimp, crab balls, or the amazing fried fish each dish, each dish was a knockout.
It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience. Between the amazing food and the welcoming, funny-as-heck owner, Keland Louisiana Seafood feels like home—with way better cooking!
Highly recommend. Bring your appetite and your sense of humor you’re in for a treat!
