This review is mainly about customer service. Everyone behind the counter was talking to each other and was ignored after saying “have a good night” three times before leaving even though some made eye contact with me. Seemed like their conversation was more important than showing basic customer service skills.

10/10 environment xp, if you wanna smell a smell so delicious you almost can’t believe it, definitely go in here, it’s like sugar air. Plus the tiles and shelves full of shiny chocolate, just an all around great experience!! (🤫the taste of chocolate at wythe up the street is better, perhaps I got an off day or maybe I’m just a hater) Either way, this is a really cute place to visit if you’re walking around and down bad for sweets and treats.

We love this place!! There is one in west Chester Pennsylvania which is closer to our home and we had to stop in while in Williamsburg. The caramel pecan apples are one of our favorite treats.
