A 15 minute wait during breakfast hours for a sausage egg mcmuffin is really hard to find acceptable. They moved the car ahead of me and my car over, but there were another 7 cars waiting behind me by the time. I got my food. If it takes fifteen minutes to make sausage, they should have waited until they got an order to make it, even if breakfast was over in 15 minutes.

I waited a good bit at the window for my steak bagel. They have mirrored windows, so you can't tell when someone is there at the window. I tried to get someone at the window, wanted ketchup, but they didn't respond and I didn't want to hold the line up, so I left.

Ordered for 2 Adults and a toddler, took almost 40 minutes to get our food and when we did the main courses were cold but the hasbrowns were scorching hot. I had to ask for syrup, butter and utensils for my hot cakes. The napkin dispenser in the lobby did not have any napkins, and the bins didn't have anything in them. Overall it was a McDonalds so i can't be too surprised.
