This was my 3rd location in the area. First one didn’t have sweet and sour sauce, 2nd one system was down, and 3rd one system was down in drive thru. But they were open inside. The McDonald's app brought me to Busch Gardens, then once I finally got to the McDonald's location 9 miles from the amusement park, the service was slow and the worst tasting McDonald's food I have ever had. Like they have no changed their grease in years 🤢

This is no fault of the specific people working this day, but someone didn't staff right. Too few people to handle all the little bits, like cleaning surfaces (too sticky in one place, too slippery in another), filling ice machines, and keeping an expo presence to handle one register and food issues.
