First time at Outback and we loved it! Our server, MJ, was the absolute best! He was so funny, kind, and considerate. As a single mom of three, any extra lengths a server can go to to make dining out easier and enjoyable is an amazing human. Thank you for making our first dinner in Williamsburg a lovely experience!

This was my first time going to Outback and I enjoyed it! The only thing I didn't like was my daughter's cheesburger, it wasn't done in the middle at all. However, I did ask for a replacement and they gave it to her(chicken fingers). Also, the kids menu wasn't actually on the menu..we had to look it up.

The food and the service were awesome! Our server was the best we have had in a long time, her name was Robyn. If you get a chance to have Robyn as your server take it. She was on it from the time we were seated. She got our order in fast and was overall a great server. The food was delicious. We were all very happy with our experience and we will be back.

My wife’s organization used Outback to partner for their sneaker ball. The service they provided was absolutely phenomenal. The way the food was packed, you could tell care and time was put into it. If you need a great catering service, be sure to use the Outback in Williamsburg. You will not be disappointed.

I normally go to the steakhouse but I discovered on Wednesday nights they have live music and they turn into a nightclub which was a great idea for Wednesday night. So you have music? You had drinks and it was pretty full of the people and they still was serving food 10:00 11:00 at night. Joy steakhouse was at 3: Now it's a four star

We had the pleasure of having Melissa as our server. She was very bubbly, and nice. She came by to check on us and was very attentive of anything we needed. The drinks were delicious. I had the Koala Rum Punch. The food was good as well. I had the Kingsland. The only downside was the utensils. They were a bit stained and the cloth they were wrapped in needed to have a run through the washer as it had food stains on it. Other than that, it was perfect.
Our server was awesome and friendly, food was on point.

Had 8 oz sirloin and shrimp mashed potatoes and asparagus, all cold had to ask to be put in microwave, husband had steak n lobster tail with broccoli tender, broccoli sent back never returned, bread and drinks were refilled promptly .got there a lil after 5 wasn't busy , was our 12 anniversary dinner spent 120.00 the mushrooms were the only good thing and my kids french fries and Mac n cheese

Went on Sunday around 5:00pm and nothing about my experience was good. Food was less than mediocre, tasted like it had been sitting for an hour. Service was no better as we waited 20 minutes for drinks and bread, my side came after everyone had finished eating. I did not feel like waiting another 30 minutes for my dessert that I already paid for, so I left.

Made reservations at 4:30 left the restaurant at 5:30 understaffed watched a lot of people be told they were going to get seated and never did , we went to Jeffrey’s steakhouse and had a great experience
