Usually go to Long Horn but wanted to give this location a try. In the past Outback couldn't compare to LH but this location was very good with their service and food. †**** UPDATE***** 8/29/25 Pit stop on the way to OBX and still the service and food as good as before. Thanks to head chef who came out to make sure my steak would be cooked as requested and thanks Braddon for excellent service. See you all next time.

Spending the weekend at our Timeshare in Williamsburg, on August 29, 2025. Went around 6:30-7:0 pm, Our wait time to sit was 20 minutes , not a problem. Our server ( Esteban) was great, but seemed overwhelmed as he stated it was busy, understaffed with callouts etc. Still great service. The problem is with the quality of the food. My Chicken dinner was horribly dry and I mean dry. The pecan salad should have been made with romaine lettuce, because it was soggie with the use of iceberg lettuce. The dressing seemed like it was drenched on. ( Estaban) explained someone who normally doesn't make it, must have. Not done yet. Since I got the 3 meal course, I thought for sure they can't mess up a brownie sundae, but it came melted and not quite like the photo ( tasted dry ) I was ready for the check, we were told a manager would come over, but no one came to the table. Again, quite busy. But after spending $96, I thought they could do better.
Very good food and service. Our waitress was so nice, sorry I forgotten her name.

The best experience out of all the restaurants we visited while in Williamsburg on vacation. I hope they know their star server is Will. He was the best!!

I took my daughter in-law and grandson for lunch on a weekday. The food was pretty good and the bathrooms were clean.
We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves.

I went there for my birthday dinner. I had the three courses, but they forgot to bring out the cheese cake. But the service was excellent other than the forgotten cheesecake. Very attentive waitress, and we were stuffed when we left. The wedge salad was delicious, as were the blooming oinion and the fried mushrooms. My husband loved his lobster and steak.
Restaurantji Recommends
Salmon is good, Rib is so dry and overcooked and taste not good. Not recommend for ribs.
Service is slow, but servers are fine. Looks like they are under staffed.
The food could use some work, but overall great atmosphere and location and excellent service. My waiter really earned his tip and is a great talker. Holds conversations well
I was impressed with the service and the fact that they polished the silverware. It was one of the best Outback we been at.
Food was not bad. Service was horrible. Might as well bring your own drinks because getting a refill will take half an hour (and they were not even busy), the restaurant was also absolutely freezing (bring a jacket), and, our meal took forever to arrive after ordering. Order also arrived incomplete which meant more waiting…
Being seated took a lot longer than what was discussed but in return I did get food quickly and the steak I had was cooked the way I discussed.
