This is the best Outback Steakhouse in Hampton Roads. It's a chain restaurant but after visiting several of these in the area, I can safely say there's a huge difference in both food and Service.
We got a booth for lunch on the weekend with no wait time.
We shared the Trio appetizer with ice tea and diet coke followed by main course of chicken & shrimp pasta Alfredo, 8oz sirloin w/ French onion soup, and skillet chocolate chip cookies for dessert....

The parking lot was full which made me concerned about the wait time. We were seated promptly. Our waiter greeted us within a few moments and was attentive throughout the meal. In addition he knew the menu quite well and offered appropriate suggestions. My steak though cooked properly was a bit tougher than I expected. In general a typical Outback experience with exceptional service.

We were visiting this location due to traveling. The place was jammed packed but the wait was less than 20 minutes. Our waitress came right over as soon as we were at our table and took our orders. The food came out within 10 minutes, hot, tasty and our steaks were cooked to order! The waitress made sure our drink glasses were full and checked on us periodically. We were in and out in about an hour. If we’re ever in the area, we definitely will go back to this location.
