I recently visited this Outback Steakhouse location for lunch and, unfortunately, the food took about an hour to come out even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. The long wait was disappointing, especially during a lunch visit.

That being said, I requested to speak with the manager, and he was absolutely great. He was very understanding, listened to my concerns, sincerely apologized, and took care of the meal. His professionalism...

The food was okay but not exceptional. The service was chaotic. The restaurant either had a lot of call outs or was seriously understaffed. We had to wait 15 minutes to eat our salads because they had no silverware clean and ready for customers.

This was a great restaurant for our threesome to meet and share stories over really wonderful meals. Of course the blooming onion was spectacular but what really blew me away was the smaller size sirloin steak that came as one of the lunch specials. It was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked and you can't ask for more than that.

We loved our time there and the service was impeccable, attentive and accommodating and not at all disruptive or annoying.
