Stopped by for the first time yesterday. I ordered on the app & picked up through the drive through. The orange chicken & rice was delicious! I didn’t care much for the noodles, teriyaki madness has better noodles, maybe they should change how they cook them or something. I tried a small side of the dynamite sweet & sour chicken…that chicken is HOT! It doesn’t taste bad but it is too hot for my liking. Will definitely come back for more orange chicken & rice...
Food tastes good but what I expected failed to meet my expectations. Order the plate today with teriyaki and dynamite chicken with half noodles and vegetables. I received mostly 80% noodles, the center lump core of the cabbage and three pieces of dynamite chicken. Very disappointing to see this quality of food served at Panda Express since I’ve been a customer for years.
Stopped by the new Panda Express near Home Depot in Williamsburg, Va
Food (2/5): The chow mein and fried rice tasted burnt, which was a big disappointment. The spicy chicken hit the mark, perfect level of heat, but that’s the only highlight. Overall, I wouldn’t come back for the food.
Service (4/5): The two times I went, it wasn’t very busy. Service was fine, staff was polite and got the job done but nothing spectacular.
