We travel far & wide on the lookout for authentic foods & we found one! Peter Chang's dishes are flavorful & interesting. We tried the Numbing Green Beans, the Hunan Noddles & the fabulous Flounder with Sichuan Green Peppercorns. The fish was cooked with cabbage & rice noodles. Delicious over white rice.

Hello family I come here specifically for the duck every time I've been here for the stir-fried duck it seems to get better each trip it was hot it was juicy the plate was steaming it was plentiful it was enough food for 2 people to eat she got the spicy chicken noodle lone can't go wrong there either the service was fantastic enjoyed every aspect of this meal will continue to be a loyal customer whenever I am craving duck

The host who sat me didn’t seem to care to be at work and was very lazy about the service he was providing. Would be worst to know if he was the manager because it just shows lack of effort.
The waitress was nice, seemed a bit out of experience but she was fine. She did try to get me what I wanted. I suggest serving the food in the middle of the table instead of lining it all on the end.
